Information the portal handles
AW Wholesale is operated by Agilawood inc.
AW Wholesale handles registration and business contact details, password hashes, account approval and session records, shopping carts, shipping addresses, submitted Order Requests, and related operational and audit records. Session cookies support sign-in. The portal does not collect payment-card details or process online payments.
Purpose and service providers
Information supports account verification, wholesale approval, order review, customer communication, fraud prevention and operation of the portal. Cloudflare provides hosting and image storage, Neon provides database storage, and Zoho Inventory supports customer and order operations. Resend sends verification, password-reset and operational email from our verified domain. Cloudflare provides basic operational logs and alerts; diagnostic entries exclude credentials and unnecessary customer information.
Email delivery data
Resend receives recipients and message content needed for delivery. Private provider credentials stay server-side; delivery records include provider message identifiers and outcomes. Customers do not authorize access to their own mailboxes.

Retention and requests
The operator reviews deletion requests and can anonymize accounts inactive for two years without erasing retained business records. Temporary carts and resolved integration errors are eligible for bounded cleanup. Backup snapshots expire separately after 30 days. Original submitted Order Requests are protected against routine edits and are not deleted automatically at seven years. Contact us for privacy requests.
