AW Wholesale is operated by Agilawood inc.

Wholesale access

The portal is intended for wholesale business use. Registration and email verification do not grant wholesale approval. Approved accounts may view private pricing and submit Order Requests. Keep account credentials private and contact AW Wholesale if account access appears compromised.

Order Requests and staff review

A submission records a customer request, not a finalized sale or guaranteed stock reservation. Staff review availability, pricing, quantities and shipping. Displayed totals and shipping guidance are preliminary. Staff may make operational adjustments in Zoho Inventory; the original submitted request is preserved separately. Payment is arranged off-portal.

Email and availability

The portal sends account and operational notifications. During public beta, staff may process order notifications manually; they are not guaranteed to arrive automatically or immediately. Contact the business about urgent account or order issues rather than relying solely on email notifications.

Scope

These terms do not add return deadlines, guaranteed refunds, liability waivers, governing law or arbitration provisions.
